Watch it, then decide. Nothing to fill in first.
I'm Joe Braun, an independent Enagic® distributor since 2017. I answer every message myself.
You have probably heard the name Kangen® already. What is harder to find is the machine itself, running start to finish on an ordinary kitchen tap, before anyone asks you for anything. That is what this Enagic demonstration video shows, in about twenty minutes.
If you came here from the short clip with the iodine drops, that test starts about four minutes into the full video. You'll see it happen on camera, along with everything else the machine does.
Kangen is Enagic's name for the drinking water the machine makes at 8.5, 9.0 and 9.5. The machine itself is a water ionizer, and Kangen is what Enagic calls the output. Knowing which word means what makes the rest of the video easier to follow.
Here is what is actually on the video. A LeveLuk K8, the eight-plate model, on a standard kitchen tap. A filter. Seven settings running from 2.5 to 11.5, which make five different waters — three of the seven are one drinking water at three strengths. Meter readings taken on camera.
Watch the beginning closely, where all five come out of the same tap, one after another — for drinking, for cooking, for washing produce, for cleaning without sprays, and the one Enagic calls Beauty Water. You can see that part for yourself.
Enagic® has built these machines in its own factories in Japan since 1974, assembling and inspecting each one individually. The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 certification, and its facilities are tested by TÜV Rheinland. Every certificate is published in full. You can read them here.
The K8 is the Enagic® flagship: eight platinum-coated plates, voice guidance in 10 languages, four drinking settings out of seven, and a 5-year limited warranty. It's $5,890 before tax, with payment plans available when you order. Enagic® sets that price, so it's the same from every distributor. What differs is who helps you after you buy.
What it doesn't do is worth saying too. It isn't a medical device and it doesn't treat anything. It won't remove dissolved metals, salts or chloramines. If your home runs on reverse osmosis, or well water high in sulfur, it may not be a fit at all — I'd rather tell you now than after you've bought one.
Not sure it will work at your tap? Text me whether you are on city water, a well or reverse osmosis, and I will tell you honestly whether a K8 is a fit, before anyone spends any money.
If you would rather have it in writing, there is a guide — the five waters and what each one is for, dozens of everyday uses, and all seven machines. Sixteen pages, free, and I send it to the email you give me.
